Alternate email / Account Executive

Is there a way, so that we can add alternate/multiple email IDs to the primary contact for a client.

 

There are two situations that we are facing.

 

1) Client signup with a yahoo/gmail etc. email ID, but once they have their account and domain email setup, they seldom check their free email.

 

2) We have clients with multiple companies, they want invoices in the name of respective companies and domain owned by respective companies, but their accountant or point of contact is a single person or normally they use their main email for all communication.

 

The problem is, an email ID can be used once only, whether it is a primary contact or secondary, if that email ID exists in WHMCS system it can not be used else where for delivery of invoices etc.

 

Another situation is that we have developers as our clients, they usually create separate accounts for domain/hosting purchased for their clients, meaning end clients do not place order directly. Now basically the end client pays us, but the developer needs to receive invoice notification and also access to manage domains sometimes.

 

So like with godaddy, netsol we can assign account executive for various purpose, if this feature can be incorporated in WHMCS, this will be a huge plus.
