Snowman Posted November 10, 2010 Share Posted November 10, 2010 we want to be able to easily distinguish clients who are in different client groups, however we would prefer not to colorise it but rather have the title of the group displayed Especially on support tickets, or alternatively if this cant be done on a client group level can a custom admin only field be created for a specific clients product/package that we can then display the title into the head section of a support ticket? the reason behind wanting this is to distinguish between clients who have free and paid support 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
