Copying database / Email piping

Recommended Posts

I have a scenario,

I have a web hosting company which whmcs and all my products, ect.

I want to start another website;

So I installed whmcs on seperate database/username,

I downloaded my existing database via UTILITIES < DATABASE STATUS

thinking i can import the backup into the new database via PHPMYADMIN,

it didnt exactly copy everything, only some client numbers thats all, so I figured, i can setup services no problem, just couple hours I really didn't want to spare. Good done.

Now I want go setup my support departments in NEW WHMCS, ok.

I go setup my email pipe for that department, but it doesn't work......

Can this be a database issue from my non successful importing?

Should I reinstall everything and start from scratch?

Please help!

Thanks,

Richard
