jasonBV Posted November 8, 2010 Share Posted November 8, 2010 I currently have my support system setup to allow for tickets to be opened via the webpage form or direct email. What I've been finding is most people will completely ignore the support articles, ticket system (which has the auto-article suggestions) and just shoot off an email to the support contact directly. I've turned this option off to force all emails to go through the webpage but there is no auto-response sent when emailing the original support email address. Is there some way to add an auto-response telling them to utilize the webpage? I sent a few test emails and got nothing back, I don't see any configuration options either? Is this possible? Also it would be nice if a user emails support at all it would send back an auto-generated list of support suggestions just like it does through the webpage interface if you have it configured. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
