Usage for Web Designers

Is anyone on here a web designer? if so how do you use products/services/addons/orders/billing/etc for Website Designers ?

 

I am trying to do the following:

I want to add a new customer, who has purchased hosting and website design

 

So - I add a new client

Then - I add a new product to the client for website hosting

Then - I activate the website hosting product, it automatically creates the hosting package with cpanel … great

How do I do the following - I want to then have the design showing as pending on the system, so I know that the design is not complete. And when it is complete I want the system to send an email to let the customer know the completed design status.

 

 

Should it be another product for the same client?

Should it be a billable item?

Should it be an addon product?
