naveen3
login to control panel is giving WHM port not CPanel in url. ie - its opens ip-address:2086 that is WHM(reseller) login not Cpanle(site admin login) this is small bug and can be resloved fast. regards Naveen
s1rk3ls
It's opening i.p:2086/xfercpanel/user which is served by WHM to open a users cPanel in admin layer mode. Since the user can easily change their cPanel password, this is a better way of logging into their cPanel rather than trying to actually login as them. When it asks for a username/password, enter your WHM root or reseller info and it should take you to their cpanel account.
brianoz
Also, if you're already logged into WHM on that server, that special "xfercpanel" link will take you right through to the user's cpanel without asking for a password at all, kind of a nice time-saver.
