paulK Posted October 31, 2010 Share Posted October 31, 2010 Like this poster http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=31655 (incorrectly marked as fixed) and this one http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=33027 I am finding that the From address in my e-mail templates is being replaced with Company Name and Department Name, If this is a 'feature' rather than a bug then like the second person above, could somebody provide a hack so that what I specify in the template is what is sent in the e-mail. As per the post you say is incorrect marked fixed, the from address is overidden so that email piping of replies can work to automatically import any replies a client makes to the ticket system: "As with all support related emails they will show as coming from the department in order for piping replies to work."
