2 Questions regarding Security == MaxMind & Maximum Auto Setup on payment amount

Okay,

 

First question, is I am running Maxmind and would like to know if there is a way if a client gets flagged for fraud, how can I assign a template email to that client informing them that your order has been flagged for fraud please supply us with such documents?

 

Second Question: I don't see a way in WHMCS where I can allow a certain amount to be automated, for example if an order totals over $300 then I feel these orders will be held and not processed, vs the common everyday orders of 10-150 should be automated, is there a way in WHMCS that will allow for orders over X amount to be held for review?
