Best way to setup resold Google Apps Accounts

I've just begun reselling Google App Premier and am trying to find the best way to setup the product for billing in WHMCS. I setup a product with the annual cost per single account. An order for say 12 accounts produces an invoice with 12 line items, which is ok, however it produced 12 items under the product/services tab. Again probably manageable, though if I sold 150 it may be messy.

 

In that setup I am concerned that upon renewal it will produce an invoice for each individual (12) products. If products/services renew the same day do they get bundled into one invoice?

 

As an alternative I tested creating a billable item. Seemed to work fine, but even though I set it up as recurring annual the value of the sale did _not_ show in my forecasts and reports.

 

In the end I simply added an order and overrode the payment amount (new option in 4.3).

 

Any suggests for the best way to handle recurring sales of many individual accounts like this?
