MoneyBookers payment confirmation

There is no payment confirmation when MoneyBookers gateway is used. Although payment is successfully transferred to moneybookers account but status of payment stays unpaid even when client has paid.

 

Am I missing something?

 

PS: I am using native MoneyBookers plugin of WHMCS and not one that is available in community addons.

I have the same issue recently, moneybookers payments are simply not being reported, we don't get a lot of payments via Moneybookers so it is hard to pinpoint when it stopped but our last successful moneybookers transaction in the gateway log was 2011/04/07 so it is either intermittently broken or broken since then.

I also find this very annoying. Although it's nice to login to Moneybookers from time to time and see there's suddenly more money than the last time, I think it's actually important to get email notifications to say the transactions went through

 

I'm not just talking about lack of email reports of payment from MB, but WHMCS is not being signaled so customers are paying and not even being credited for the payment.

I have the same problem and it can get really annoying. And I know that money bookers payments are not registered automatically but it has been quite a while since then. I just hope that it is as easy as payments are just not being reported. It is unlikely for the to falter just this time as I have been using the service for quite a while now.
