CGI Error during install

I just installed a trial version of WHMCS. The server is Windows and runs Plesk. Wehn I go to:

 

http://www.mydomain.com/ioncube/loader-wizard.php

OR

http://www.mydomain.com/billing/install/install.php

 

I get the error:

 

CGI Error

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers

 

Any knows what is causing this and how to fix it?

We had the same error (Windows 2003, HELM not Plesk).... "Strict Mode" (on MySQL) was enabled and needed to be disabled.
