Admin locked out after setting up Support Departments?

I'm running version 4.3 and all was working great.

Tonight I wanted to setup some new Support Departments. Then I setup the email Pipe in cPanel and sent a test email.

In WHMCS I clicked support tickets and there were none and I realized I never added my user to the new Support Department.

So during the process of checking the box I was logged out of the WHMCS dashboard and now I cannot login. Username/password don't work, send reminder cannot find my email?

I have another account setup for my assistant and I can login but it's not an admin account.

Anyone have an idea what happened? How can I reset or re-create my admin? Is there a setting I can change in PHP admin?

You can either edit the database ("tbladmins" table) directly to add your admin account and be able to reset the password or you can edit your other admin to temporarily be part of the Full Administrator role group so that they can create/edit your admin account within WHMCS. You can then move them back to whatever role group they were in previously once you're back into WHMCS yourself.

Thanks I'm back in and an administrator again!

Looks like my old admin account is now the same as my assistant account?

I did try to restore the DB from last night. PHP Admin, to DB, to import chose .zip file, import successful with 0 queries?? Why won't it restore?
