All correspondence marked as spam

One of my clients is complaining that all correspondence with them is going into their spam box (they use Gmail).

I can send them emails using pop3 and apple mail, all good, but using whmcs it goes straight to spam.

 

For the record, I am using SMTP which I have set up under Configuration -> General Configuration -> Mail.
