How Can I resolve this?

Hi ppl, I had installed my license in one of my dedicated server, but, I buy other and I decide to install it in this one..

 

When I made the migration, all work everything fine, but only the password account have strange chars..

 

I explain to you what I did..

 

1.- Download the latest version in WHMCS.

2.- I installed on the new site

3.- I downloaded the Database Backup from old WHMCS (its the same version).

4.- I imported the Database Backup using latin1.

5.- I log in Admin Area and everything show fine, the only error are located on Password Account for each customer.

 

I attach the error pic.

 

If anybody can Help me to resolve this, I will apreciated so much.

You need to get the hash from the original server.

 

I haven't done this myself, so if you need more detail, just search the forum for similar questions.

Correct, you'll need the $cc_encryption_hash from your old configuration.php, and replace it with the one in your current configuration file.
