We are trying the WHMCS and got great features and is rocking. One thing i couldnt able to figure out is setting up the hosting account panel for WebsitePanel

Can any one guide me setting up WHMCS for WebsitePanel? since am new to this, i may not fully aware of its complete functionality and config tweaks.

1. Want to setup free hosting plan but allow customer to host on our give sub-domains.

Created a free web hosting plan on WebsitePanel and also configured a hosting product service on WHMCS unchecked "requires domain name ". Intention is later customer can login and create the hosting on one of our free sub-domains.

If i uncheck the domain name it throws error because WHMCS creating the user name as domain name.

2. Want to allow customer to add hosting services to same login credentials of WebsitePanel. WebsitePanel allows customer to have hosting multiple packages on same account. This is good feature you manage all hosting pack on one account.

WHMCS always create new accounts in WebsitePanel, how do i control, is that a config level change or a code change. WHMCS is creating the new package on new user name which is the domain name.

Is this is feature limitation on WHMCS or something to do with the configuration settings? request you guidance

1. Just make a pack without any "domains" and unlimited sub domains, when in side WSP add a domain and check the "Allow customer sub-domains"

2. It seems to be a issue with the WHMCS integration. Think you would need to rewrite the WHMCS integration.
