xxkylexx Posted May 22, 2006 Share Posted May 22, 2006 Heya, Another question . I currently have 2 Full Administrators on my WHMCS account, Myself and my Partner. When a new support ticket is opened, I get the email saying that a new support ticket has been opened, check it in the admin area, etc. However, my partner, the other Full Administrator, does not. He gets all email regarding the cron running every night, new order requests, etc., but never gets the email about a new support ticket being opened.
