Hosting doesn't get created in DirectAdmin

Hi all,

I've been struggling with WHMCS since yesterday to get webhosting automatically created in DirectAdmin.

Before I explain to you what I already tried;

I added my DirectAdmin server in the 'servers' tab in WHMCS, both 2 users Admin and some reseller account do work when I click on the 'DirectAdmin' button.

Now what I've tried:

The package in WHMCS is for everything I tried Shared webhosting.

1. Using the DA admin account

- Clicked on reseller level

- Added a package

- Copied the name

- Gone into WHMCS to the Products/Services tab

- Edited my already existing webhosting product

- Gone into the Modules tab

- Selected DirectAdmin

- Selected the correct server group which my DA server is in

- Filled in the package name

- Selected Shared in reseller IP

- And then selected "Automatically setup the product as soon as an order is placed"

- Saved

Now basically this is exactly what I tried with my other tries on this, I only changed the user info to reseller and back a couple times in the servers tab and changed the package name.

I did nearly the same process with a reseller user which had unlimited domains etc.

It just wont create the webhosting for me through WHMCS, as soon I ordered the service myself in WHMCS I instantly see the login information.

When I accepted the order in my admin panel in WHMCS I could see the DirectAdmin button on the same page of the above sentence which I didn't see before.

Not any user gets added in DirectAdmin, no weird error logs only that it can't find the user that tries to login.

I am kind of out of ideas, so if anyone can help me it'd be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

Tim.
