After going to your computer to investigate, it turns out that the server is not down, the customer just blocked their IP Address in CSF for trying to log in to cPanel 50 times with their Webmail Codes

The new K-Disk WHMCS CSF IP Removal Tool gives your clients a way to remove their IP Address from CSF from your WHMCS Client Portal with a simple click of their mouse. This tool is protected from your clients via WHMCS's authentication system so it cannot be accessed outside of your WHMCS.
