The pre set queues work fine, but I've added one called management and set it up the same as the rest. If I visit the page that thr cron job runs, it displays the number of emails it detects. But when I go to the support emails it's not there I've also noticed if I click on the departments in the search/filter tab, the department is not there but it is NOT hidden..
