WHMCS Testimonials [Including Random Testimonials & 5 Star Rating System!]

I bought and installed this and everything is working except 2 things:

 

1) When I submit a test Testimonial it says, "Your testimonial has been submitted. Thank you!" BUT when I go to Addons > Client testimonials it doesn't show the Testimonial to approve

2) I get the E-Mail that a Testimonial has been submitted and all I see is:

A new testimonial has been submitted.
