Password Reset Email Received but System Does Not Accept

Good day!

 

I have trouble logging in to my WHMCS. I usually cannot loggin even though I believe I have enter the password correctly. Resorting to password reset, the email is sent by the system correctly but when logged-on, the system just resets the field and does not loggen-in though no error is shown like incorrect password or whatever error messages.

 

Please help..
