No Auto Responders on New Ticket

Hi Guys,

Just installed WHMCS and now doing a little testing. All is well and seemingly working fine with the exception that no auto-responders are being generated (as in emailed) on new tickets.

The actual support tickets are being created - so, no problems there, but no emails are being sent to the test-customer account email I have setup.

 

As far as I'm concerned I have done everything by the book, setting up pipe/forwarding, and making sure that the Assigned Department is ticked in Administrators, and so forth.

 

I have even changed my Cpanel from X3 to X2, in case the problem existed there, and made sure that pipe.php was chmod to 755.

 

Maybe, and more then likely, there is something I have over looked here.

 

Any advice, tips or tricks as to what I may have done wrong here would be very much appreciated.
