arthurwales Posted October 5, 2010 Share Posted October 5, 2010 From my Admin Home screen, i have a total of 615 tickets awaiting reply, this was due to mails being bounced by a particular email address and support tickets being created by WHMCS for each bounced mail, so it kind of went on in a loop until i disabled autoresponders in my support mails. Now i have 615 Awaiting reply tickets on the home screen but when i click on it, not a single shows up. How can i clear this? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
