xxkylexx
Hello Matt, Quick question. If a customer changes their cPanel password from the original one setup via WHMCS upon order, does WHMCS update with this new password in the client area, as well as in the admin panel? Adam
Hello, (Correct me if I'm wrong) No, if the client changes the password in cPanel it does't update in WHMCS at all. From, Adam
xxkylexx
Ok, thanks for that Adam. Matt, would this be possible to implement in a future version? Kyle
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted May 21, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted May 21, 2006 No, this would not be possible. There is no way to get the cPanel password. It is not stored in a plain text format that is accessible from PHP. FYI, the cpanel password isn't displayed in the client area.
