BryanB Posted October 4, 2010 Share Posted October 4, 2010 I've created a custom ticket status that I want to behave just like the "closed" status called "completed" I've unchecked all the boxes as seen here: but tickets under this status are still showing up in the client area home page (clientarea.php) under "Open Support Ticket" Any idea why or how I can get them not to show as open tickets? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
