Integration with Newsletter software - subscription via URL

Hi,

 

I am using Newsletter management software which allows user subscription via URL. Is it possible to add some code to the signup.tpl file that will "call" this URL and subscribe user's email address, when WHMCS' signup form has been submitted?

 

The link should be in form "http://mysite.com/index.php?option=com_acymailing&ctrl=sub&task=optin&hiddenlists=2&user=john@example.com"
