processdriven Posted September 26, 2010 Share Posted September 26, 2010 Hello everyone, First post here. I'm sure I will have more soon. I'm new to WHMCS and I'm excited to get it operational. I just finished my install and went through the general configuration. One of the first things I tried to test was the support emails - both the ticket system and the presales form. After trying to submit a new ticket I received the message "The email address you entered was not valid". Can someone tell me what I did wrong? processdriven Posted September 26, 2010 Author Share Posted September 26, 2010 OK, I realize that I need to be logged in as a client to submit tickets, but does the presales form require login too?
