mgaccess
Hi, when I attach a file to a support ticket, it shows up in the ticket as an attachment but when a customer (or me) clicks on it, you get the browser error "File not found. Please contact support." The attachment doesn't show up in the whmcs/downloads directory, but even if I manually upload it, I still get the error. My php.ini has "file_uploads" enabled. Any ideas? Thank you.
mikie
The three folders "attachments", "downloads" and "templates_c" need to be writeable by WHMCS and therefore require the permissions 777 (writeable by all). So, Check this first........... regards, <<snipped>> Why? Why do they need to be writable when im running fastcgi with a perm of user:user? Then, there is absolutely no reason to have 777 on your directories. Same with phpsuexec. With that the max permission is a 755. Why is Whmcs not looking at this? Maybe you should look into this bug.
