Possible to change client associated with ticket

I'm fairly new to WHMCS so I wasn't sure if there's a way to change the client associated with a given ticket, or at least to add additional contacts to cc on replies?

Yes, you can change the client that a ticket is linked to under the "Options" tab for the ticket. You can also add CC addresses from this same location.
