Email Piping using IMAP

I am email piping using IMAP.

 

I keep receiving a error. I don't understand whats going wrong. I followed everything here. - http://wiki.whmcs.com/Email_Piping

 

The error I get...

Theres email piping, and theres importing. What you're doing is "importing". I fairly confident that it does not support IMAP, you must use POP3.

I don't understand. In support departments...

 

Ticket Importing using POP3 Import (Requires IMAP installed on server):

 

My settings in support departments are setup for pop3. Or am I mistaken? What settings would I need to change??
