Espeed
At this point it's clear that WHMCS somehow creates it's own custom Account Suspended page. I have logged into my WHM control panel and modified the template that exists their, however it doesn't seem to correlate to the WHMCS page that is put up when I click "suspend" from my account control panel. Does anyone know how to modify The Account Suspended Page in WHMCS?
disgruntled
the account suspended page is actually a whm feature not a whmcs feature it might be that your system is not looking at the correct suspeded page, remember that each theme has its own suspended page there should be a folder named suspended.page in your /home/user directory
Espeed
I cannot find out how to modify or even see multiple themes anywhere in WHM. I have followed guides on the internet to get to the template editor for suspended pages but suspending from WHMCS and Suspending from inside WHM gives two different types of suspended pages...
laszlof
The suspension pages are tied to the specific reseller. If are using a reseller account within the WHMCS server credentials, it will likely produce a different suspension page than if you were to login as root and suspend them in WHM. (Assuming you've modified either of them)
Espeed
Okay now that makes sense. Where can I modify the suspension page for reseller accounts?
laszlof
The same way you would do it for root. Login to WHM as the reseller, and click on "Modify Suspended Account Page" under "Account Functions"
