pinarthost
I'm experiencing a problem when trying to register a domain with NetEarth One. This never happened before. Althogh client exists, WHMCS doesn't send the client's data to the registrar. I keep getting this error message: An Error Occured {telno=Telephone Country Code/Telephone No. is invalid. Please note that only digits are allowed, name=Name is invalid., emailaddr=Emailaddr is invalid., zip=Zip is empty, address1=Address1 is invalid., country=Country is invalid., city=City is invalid.} I double checked client's information and everything seems to be OK. All the required field are filled properly and yet there's something wrong with passing the client's information to NetEarth. I've contacted NetEarth support and sent them the error logs. They said this error has something to do with WHMCS, so WHMCS support should handle it? Anyone has a clue? Did you have such issue after upgrading to WHMCS 4.3.1?
pinarthost
Does anyone have such issues with NetEarth module after upgrade to 4.3.1.? I double checked. The client's profile is fully filled out and all correct. I really donno what's causing this problem. I also spoke with NEO support and after sending them the error logs here what they responded: Hi there, looking at the files, your WHMCS is not giving NEO any information, the first call asks NEO to see if the customer exists and passes the custoemr username to NEO, this is empty, hence, why you are not getting any further. This is a WHMCS issue from what I can see. Kind regards, Chris
