shoppersworld
I have created a client with Hosting. The Price for the yearly Hosting is set to 120.00 I changed the amount for this client to 357.00 The Order details still show 120.00 Is that supposed to be right? because i think it is wrong. If i want to see the client with the highest amount to pay, i have to click through all hostings to find him. Marcus
trine
Are you trying to change the monthly recurring amount to 357 by modifying the invoice? I was told any recurring invoice items must be product based, so it can't be done. You would need to add an ad-hoc invoice or a recurring product. Not exactly sure what you are trying to do.
shoppersworld
after creating th hosting and the domain, i changed the order deatils to 357.00 EUR per year. The Product itself is at 120.00 EUR The invoice was created correctly, but the order overview still shows an amount of 120.00 EUR for the hosting
trine
Not sure why that happens... but I'd suggest that you cancel that invoice an reissue it.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted April 4, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted April 4, 2007 after creating th hosting and the domain, i changed the order deatils to 357.00 EUR per year. The Product itself is at 120.00 EUR The invoice was created correctly, but the order overview still shows an amount of 120.00 EUR for the hosting No, you changed the product to be 357 EUR per year - not the order. The order will always show the amount of the order at the time of the order. If you change the product price later, it won't affect this - the order was still for 120 EUR. It will however be billed at the price you've entered the next year. Matt
