Currency and Gateway Issue

I am trying to figure out what might be setup wrong with my whmcs system. I have a hosting site for south africa that takes south african rand (R or ZAR). I am offering a few different gateways, Paypal, AlertPay and Linkpoint for direct credit card processing. Since I am in the US I set each of the gateways to convert to USD for payment. I dont know about the rest as I have not received any payments for the rest of them except linkpoint, however with the linkpoint gateway it converts whatever amount in South African Rand to USD to process the payment and when the payment goes through it doesn't convert back that whatever amount was paid, for example I had someone pay R403.00 which the linkpoint module converted to USD $55.46 which is correct and its the correct amount that my merchant charged, however when the payment processed and cleared, whmcs reported it on the invoice that R55.46 was payed instead of R403.00. I need to get this resolved ASAP as its a big issue. Has anyone else had a similar issue with currency conversion? I tried searching the forums and didnt really find any answer.
