Domain transfer error in v3.1.1

When processing a domain name transfer in WHMCS, after clicking "Yes" to the question, "Are you sure you want to transfer this domain?", we get the following error:

An Error Occured

Have we done something wrong somewhere or is this a bug?

I get something very similar..... Has no one address your thread? I just emailed WHMCS. I hope it is something simple because I hate to waste money on Stargate if it doesn't fully work with WHMCS.

As the error states, it's a stargate client details validation error. You need to correct the clients profile so it will pass their strict validation rules as outlined in the error message.

So I take it this is why you took down my other post? I am still having issues. Basically I am evening using the test server for stargate and getting username and password errors.

Yep, I thought two posts on the same issue was a bit unnecessary. You say the issue is in V3.1.1 so the first thing you need to do is upgrade to the latest version and see if that makes any difference.

Ahhh - I did notice that the OP mentioned V3.1.1 in the title. Sorry for the confusion.
