dsnet
When processing a domain name transfer in WHMCS, after clicking "Yes" to the question, "Are you sure you want to transfer this domain?", we get the following error: <--start--> esponse Object ( [errorCode] => com.logicboxes.error.ValidationException [errorClass] => com.logicboxes.foundation.sfnb.order.domcontact.DomContactValidationBase [errorMsg] => {telno=TelephoneNo should be between 4-12 digits, zip=Postal Code can only contain upto 10 letters, numbers and the - character, address1=address1 is invalid., city=City is invalid.} [errorLevel] => warn [seperator] => #~# [data] => Array ( [faultcode] => soapenv:Server.userException [faultstring] => com.logicboxes.error.ValidationException#~#com.logicboxes.foundation.sfnb.order.domcontact.DomContactValidationBase#~#{telno=TelephoneNo should be between 4-12 digits, zip=Postal Code can only contain upto 10 letters, numbers and the - character, address1=address1 is invalid., city=City is invalid.}#~#warn#~# [detail] => Array ( [hostname] => Rclub_LB.Orderbox.web.server.1 ) ) [error] => 1 [errorObj] => ) An Error Occured Stargate Client Details Validation Error - {telno=TelephoneNo should be between 4-12 digits, zip=Postal Code can only contain upto 10 letters, numbers and the - character, address1=address1 is invalid., city=City is invalid.} <--end--> Registrar: Stargate All contact details are accurate. Have we done something wrong somewhere or is this a bug?
jerett
I get something very similar..... Has no one address your thread? I just emailed WHMCS. I hope it is something simple because I hate to waste money on Stargate if it doesn't fully work with WHMCS.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted May 22, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted May 22, 2007 As the error states, it's a stargate client details validation error. You need to correct the clients profile so it will pass their strict validation rules as outlined in the error message. Matt
jerett
So I take it this is why you took down my other post? I am still having issues. Basically I am evening using the test server for stargate and getting username and password errors.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted May 22, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted May 22, 2007 So I take it this is why you took down my other post? I am still having issues. Basically I am evening using the test server for stargate and getting username and password errors. Yep, I thought two posts on the same issue was a bit unnecessary. You say the issue is in V3.1.1 so the first thing you need to do is upgrade to the latest version and see if that makes any difference. jerett
Ahhh - I did notice that the OP mentioned V3.1.1 in the title. Sorry for the confusion.
