2checkout and wmcs callback issue

Hello,

 

We are using 2checkout for the payment system, and we seem to be having some issues with the callback. We have removed the secret key but the issues seems to still be there.

 

Each time a client orders using paypal the callback works, however when the order is made using a credit or debit card, they always end up at 2checkout page, saying order was accpeted and will processed within 24 hrs or so, and it just remains on 2checkout. This happens with everyone who orders .

 

Not sure if there is a solution to this or anyone experiencing the same and was able to find a workaround

yep, callback works for orders on 2checkout made through paypal only

I wouldn't consider myself an expert, but it seems like it might be 2CO's problem, maybe it would be a good idea to contact them?

As advised by WHMCS support team, 2CO payments which are delayed are not automatically marked as processed; namely, the Pending URL does not work with 2CO and WHCMS. Any payments which are pending, as you say the ones which are within 24 hours, need to be manually applied to client accounts after they've been completed at 2CO. Only 2CO payments which are processed and approved immediately are automatically marked as paid within WHMCS.
