sohouk
We had been holding off upgrading to 4.3 because of the issue with the new order form not being able to handle domain registrations. It turns out (although its not mentioned anywhere I could see) that you do not have to use the new order form. With that in mind, I clicked the' Check for updates' link in WHMCS. The link says 'Click here to be taken to the WHMCS downloads area' (download1.gif) However, that link only takes you to http://www.whmcs.com/clients (download2.gif) I can't see a 'download area' anywhere (see attached) Where could the downloads for the update be ? sohouk
I did. There was no download option : ( I did however eventually find it. It seems that there was a stale cookie on the machine which was going to a different WHMCS account. That account had expired long ago, and that is why there was now download section. Clearing that cookie solved the problem. Now all we have to do is attempt the upgrade : ) Trevor
