However on my products/services I see the "show domain options" greyyed out and cannot switch on so users cannot actually register a domain. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted May 18, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted May 18, 2006 When creating a hosting, reseller or dedicated server product the box is greyed out but ticked because you can't disable the domain option for these products. However, if you create a product set to "other" which can be anything then the box is active and you can either tick or untick it as you require. Hope that helps!
