Which ports are required for WHMCS to work?

Hi,

 

Ive tweaked a few settings on my VPS and WHMCS seems to have stopped working properly. And i cant trace the issue back,

 

Im sure its a firewall problem, and when i check for updates i get the following error:

 

Update Check

Connection Failed - Check your servers firewall settings…

 

Also when i do a licence info check i get:

 

Registered To

License Key Leased-dc60d932f39dc8b**** (blanked for security)

License Type

Valid Domain

Valid IP

Created

Expires

 

Apart from the licence details everything else is blank.

 

Domains don't get auto registered either.

 

Here are the ports i have open:

 

IN: 20,21,22,25,53,80,110,143,443,465,587,993,995,2077,2078,2082,2083,2086,2087,2095,2096,8443,20001,30000:50000,8000,10060

 

OUT: 0,22,25,37,43,53,80,110,113,443,587,873,2086,2087,2089,2703,8000,8443,10060,20001

 

Any help would be great

bump - any ideas on this? im at a loss!!!

For licensing, only port 80 is required. You might need to open up other ports for other services such as Nominet.

 

Have you tried resetting the license key through your WHMS customer account? Failing that I would open a ticket...
