Auto Activated

I'm trying to get orders to automatically update their status to "active" once they are paid. I have the product setup under module settings > autorelease > Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received.

 

But when I get a new order the status is still set as "Pending" - I even received the email notification saying the auto setup was successful.

 

Any ideas?

Even if you have auto activation enabled, then while the products and services in that order may be automatically provisioned and delivered to the customer, the order status will remain pending until you manually confirm it.
