Support Tickets from Unregistered Clients

Hi,

 

Weve just set up email piping this morning and everything seems to be working as it should do.

 

However when we receive an email from an unregistered client, is there a way then we can assign this email to a client? (For example if someone had used a different address to which we have on file for them)

EDIT : Ignore my last request, ive just spotted the "Client ID" box tucked away in the corner.
