Authorize.Net CIM Questions

I don't even know where to begin I'm so irate.

The Authorize.Net CIM module does NOT work. It most certainly does not take the customer off server to store credit card details. Furthermore, whoever coded it somehow managed to change "test mode" to "text mode."

What gives? What hoops do I need to jump through to get it to work?

I am new to this software and I set this up. I found that my clients are not given the option to store credit card data. I did however notice that orders can be taken and their information is stored in CIM after they pay a new invoice. I have yet to determine if the credit card will be charged for reoccurring invoices. Nothing indicates on their end that they can even store their card. They can only make payment. I am in need of help on this one.

The system doesn't take what you already have and update CIM. I think it only works on new invoice payments after CIM was setup.

Please share your input on this if you have anything to help me.

I'd be interested in any reply to this one as well. I was really hoping that card details would be stored but it certainly does appear that the customer is taken off anywhere else and there is no request for card security details from the issuing bank either.

Concerned that the thing is not working. I'm simply getting "Card Declined" every time I try and use it. I'm in test mode too.

Cheers

Chris

Chris if you are in test mode make sure you are in test mode on both WHMCS admin and on your Authorize.net account. I didn't run test mode and just created a $1 invoice during non business hours. It worked fine for me I just don't see that a customer has an option to store his or her credit card for reoccurring billing.
