tmony Posted August 21, 2010 Share Posted August 21, 2010 im trying to setup my support departments but having an issue. i have 5 departments total, mainly to keep things organized. im using the pop import method, but when sending an email to specific department, say tech.support@domain.com i find that the ticket a) doesnt import, and i get this error: Only Replies Allowed by Email b) when i force the import from the "ticket import log", it for some reason defaults to a different department. any ideas? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
TheHostHouse Posted August 21, 2010 Share Posted August 21, 2010 I believe the "Only Replies Allowed by Email" problem is caused by the setting: "Pipe Replies Only" in the support department settings.
