stombaugh
Using Google Chrome when you hit the Suspend Button, it asks for Suspension Reason, aswell as asks if you want to send the Suspension Notification Email. From what I understand if you don't check that box then it will not Send the client the suspension email, or atleast thats the way it should work. However regardless if that box is checked or not it STILL sends the email to the client.
Jay
This also happens here, using Google Chrome.
LDHosting
Getting the same here using 4.3.1 and Firefox. You click 'suspend' from the 'products/services' tab and get a popup asking for a reason with a checkbox to send a suspension email, the checkbox was left blank but a 'Service Suspension Notification' email was sent to the client anyway.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted September 6, 2010 WHMCS CEO Share Posted September 6, 2010 This has been confirmed as a bug and replacing the attached file in the admin folder will resolve it. Matt admin_manual_suspend_patch.zip
