Digit9
When adding a product, would it be possible to have a dropdown box or something to allow the user to choose between more than one domain. Example: In the box when putting in a domain, maybe use ".domain.ext, .domain2.ext, .domain3.ext" and when signing up, the user could pick between the three. Anyone interested in writing an addon or something for this?
skshost
I can see why this would be good, but it seems much easier just to have a customer addon the other domains later.. Unless you know a secret way of working it into the control panel and registrar...?
Digit9
Doesn't really need a registrar. My cPanel account has 5 different domains. I want the user to be able to choose between these domains for his subdomain. When creating an account with cPanel I can either add user.domain1.com, user.domain2.com, etc. I just want a dropdown box that allows the user to do this.
buckneri
i think what he is looking for is somethign similar to teh free email account world. you pick from a domain name you like and your account is created as a subdomain of that domain you chose. so domain1 sounds too amish domain2 sounds too conservative and domain3 sounds perfect for my personal webpage.. now i will pick a subdomain name and the final result of my order will be coolcat.domain3.com correct?
