laszlof
So, The Kayako module seems to work fine on v4.3.1.. The only issue I'm running into is with the twitter feed. Since the twitter feed pulls data from announcements.php, it does not work properly if you have the kayako module installed. Does anyone know how to disable just the announcements portion of the kayako integration?
laszlof
Bah, nevermind, I just answered my own question. Removing the "announcements.php" file from modules/supports/kayako seems to have resolved the issue. Maybe move this to the Howto's/Tips & Tricks forum instead.
UH-Matt
I am about to install 4.3.1 to a dev install and try and get our kayako integration to work again, we haven't tried this since a very early version of v4, is the integration better these days? Any useful pointers?
laszlof
It works.. thats about it. I wish there was a better way to link existing kayako accounts into whmcs.
EWH1
It works, but we have unhappy clients that can no longer view their ticket history, does anyone know a solution to this or is it broken for everyone else with the upgrade?
