Custom Order/Cart Page

I am looking to make a custom order page, that shows products to a specific group of people.

 

Basically, I have a reseller program that we want to ONLY show reseller priced products to our resellers.

 

I figured, I would do it like this:

1. Create the WHMCS Product/Service in the Admin

2. Hide the product from the public

3. Implement the cart onto my custom page, and change a variable to only show "hidden products"

 

Is this possible? How can I do this? Help..
