Ticket Attachment

One of my client send an attachment with multiple "." in the file name which caused the ticket system to render the filetype as the first dot. Perhaps we should auto rename the dots into underscore.

 

Example:

filename: payment 2010.08.11.jpg

Ticket system recognize as a .08 file type.

 

The workaround would be renaming the dots to underscore and becomes payment 2010_08_11.jpg.

 

I would also suggest renaming spaces into underscore as well.
