TerrasIOI
Hello, I'm missing, or can't find, this function. Let me explain. User want to register a domain but not to use it with some cpanel service. Client don't even want to point it. So how to make WHMCS to point it automatically to skel directory so when someone puts it in the URL filed, a "Park" page shows etc. We are actually doing this for accounts main domain (that have a cpanel account) as we have placed a skel file in their public_html folders. But how to do that automatically for domains that don't have cpanel account? Any clue? Cheers! Edited August 11, 2010 by TerrasIOI
blymp
I would also like to know that. I'm trying to figure out how to park domains with WHMCS.

m8internet
Assuming you are using WHM/cPanel, this should happen automatically when you apply the Domain Name and the nameservers If there is no package assigned it will appear in your reseller account You login to your reseller account and insert the parked Domain Name, if it has not occured The reason this is not processed automatically is that the Domain Name is assigned to your account within WHM, and not that of the client However you could do this by duplicating the same setup as above, with the parked Domain Name on their account An alternative is to to create a nil product and assign the Domain Name to this This will then show the holding page you have in the skel directory The customer will have limited access if you set the nil product within WHM as only having Parked Domain Names and password change; ie in the feature manager remove everything else

m8internet
As above, you don't need a package, WHMCS should assign this to the customer WHM / cPanel then assigns the Domain Name to either your account a nil product account (if you have setup this option) I suggest you try a nil product and compare
