Problem synching Enom acct

I am new to WHMCS and have it set up on my account/server. I setup my Enom acct and input all the credentials into WHMCS but all the domains and information I setup that should be showing on the client side is not showing at all.

 

So, if a client wants to order a domain, right now the system shows absolutely nothing; no domain extensions, no pricing, nothing.

I have tried a couple of times to e-mail WHMCS, all to no avail nor response. Is there anyone that can possibly help me troubleshoot and find out what the cause could be for this? Else I'm forced to try and find another registrar to become a reseller for, with hopes of not having the same problem all over again.

hi have you added domain pricing in WHMCS admin Setup >> Domain Pricing ?

 

You have to add each TDL you want to offer and set the registrar.

Yes, I have added pricing as well and still nothing shows. I have 28 extensions that I setup pricing for in there.

Ok, wait, I found where I needed to set the pricing and thought I did. Let me try that and see where I get.

Yep, that's what the problem was. I set the pricing in my Enom acct and not in WHMCS.
